This not only helps efficiency, but also enables our teams to tailor the service to your individual needs.
Breakage / Damage Policy
In the unlikely event that any breakage or damage occurs to your home or backyard during our service, please notify us within 48 hours and one of our customer service representatives will guide you through our insurance claim procedure.
Do I need to be home for my booking?
No, you don’t need to be home for us to service your property. We service many clients’ homes when they are at work, or out enjoying their free time. Simply let us know the easiest way to access your front and/or backyard and we’ll do the rest.
What is included in my service?
We provide a number of services including lawn mowing, weeding, hedging and pruning and rubbish removal. These options are selected at checkout before completing your booking. However, a quick breakdown is as follows: Lawn mowing service – includes mowing, edging and a blow down or rake to tidy area.Weeding – includes weed spraying for a set time period, charged per 15 minutes.Hedging and pruning – includes hedging and pruning of specified area for a set time period, charged per 15 minutes.Rubbish removal – involves one of our professionals removing rubbish and/or green waste at an additional chargeTo find out more please visit out Services page for more information.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a booking 50% cancellation fee.

How long will the job take?
The amount of time a job takes can vary and that’s why we use flat rate pricing for the majority of our work. This ensures you only pay for the job that’s being done and don’t have to worry about paying at an hourly rate.
What is the Ready Mowing guarantee?
The Ready Mowing guarantee, means that if you’re not satisfied with the job we do, we’ll come back and fix it free of charge
Do your teams bring their own tools and equipment?
All of our teams come prepared with the equipment and tools necessary to complete the scheduled task.
My service is running late, what should I do?
We do our best our best to reach every job at an agreed time, however the nature of Sydney roads means this is not always possible. If we’re running late, we’ll be in touch to let you know.

Unfortunately lawn mowing and gardening is a profession that’s heavily reliant on the weather. In the event that adverse weather conditions effect your job being completed, we’ll return to your property at your next convenience to complete the job as per your booking.
We haven’t had our lawn cut in a very long time. Do you charge an additional rate for overgrown yards?
